A native cook, Diego was born in Jerez de la Frontera. Since he was very young he started his profesional career with masters of Jerez cooking methods. He completed his chef training, and learned the traditional cooking methods in the hands of Tendido 6 original founder. Nowadays, he is the head chef of our kitchen and has worked for more than 31 years in our restaurant, he is passionate about cooking and the original récipes. To this day, Diego maintains the same enthusiasm for his craft as when he began all those years ago.
ARTURO DE LA FLOR
A young chef born here in Jerez de la Frontera, Arturo has always been passionate about cooking all his life. He trained in the Fernando Quiñones cooking school in Cadiz, and improved his craft for 12 years in different restaurants all over Spain with many renowned chefs. Arturo returned to his home town to revolutionise the family restaurant, contributing his creativity and talent to the traditional kitchen by introducing new techniques and giving focus to seasonal produce.
